ABSTRACT
LANDS -Tirupathi District Alienation of Government land in Sy.No.181 /4-2 , 450 etc. , to an extent of Ac.307.54 cents of Inagaluru Village of Srikalahasti Mandal, Tirupathi District in favour of APIIC for establishment of Industrial Park on free of cost in terms of G.O.Ms.No.106, Revenue (Assn.I ) Dept. , Dt.16.03.2017 read with G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue(Assn.I ) Dept. , Dt.14.09.2012 , subject to certain conditions in addition to the conditions under BSO - 24 , as recommended by the APLMA -Orders -Issued.

2. From the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Spl.CS , A.P. Mangalagiri , Lr No.LANDS - ALN/ 235 / 2022 , Dt . 11.09.2022 .
ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above , the Collector & DM , Tirupathi has furnished proposals for alienation of Government land to an extent Ac.307.54 cents in Sy.181/4-2 , 450 etc. , of Inagaluru Village of Srikalahasti Mandal , Tirupathi District in favour of APIIC for establishment of Industrial Park ( MSME) on free of cost in terms of G.O.Ms.No.106 , Revenue (Assn.I ) Dept. , Dt.16.03.2017 read with G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue (Assn.I ) Dept. ,Dt.14.09.2012 venue subject to usual terms and conditions of BSO - 24 and additional conditions .
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Spl.CS A.P. Mangalagiri , has stated that the proposal of the Collector, Tirupati was placed before the APLMA in the meeting held on 09.09.2022 and the APLMA has recommended the proposal of the District Collector to the Government for alienation of land in favour of APIIC for establishment of Industrial Park ( MSME ) on free of cost, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue( Assn.I ) Dept. , Dt.14.09.2012 G.O.Ms.No.106, Revenue (Assn.I ) Dept. , Dt.16.03.2017 subject to usual terms read with and conditions of BSO - 24 and additional conditions .
3. Government, after careful examination of the matter , hereby order for alienation of Government land to an extent of Ac.307.54 cents in Sy.No.s 181/4- 2, 450 etc. , ( details of survey numbers are appended in the Annexure ) of Inagaluru Village of Srikalahasti Mandal , Tirupathi District in favour of APIIC for establishment of Industrial Park on free of cost in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue(Assn.I ) Dept. , 14.09.2012 read with G.O.Ms.No.106 , Revenue (Assn.I )

Dept., Dt.16.03.2017 subject to usual terms and conditions of BSO - 24 and the APIIC in turn , may follow their own prescribed guidelines and Government orders issued in this regard from time to time , for further land allotment and additional conditions , as recommended by the APLMA, as shown below: -
i. The AP. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. , (APIIC) in turn may follow their own prescribed guidelines for further land allotment . they may also follow Government Orders issued in this regard , from timeto time .
ii . In case, if any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies exist, they should not be disturbed under any circumstances .
iii . The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three years of the orders of alienation.
iv. For violation of conditions as well as non - utilization of land , the district Collector of the district concerned would be the authority to cancel and resume the land from the allottee.
v. The existing roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed or otherwise alternate arrangements shall be made.
4. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Spl.CS, A.P. and the Collector , Tirupathi District shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
