LANDS Tirupathi District Alienation of Government land to an extent of Ac. 5.05 cents in Sy.No.220/5 , 220-6 etc. , of Kurukalva Village of Renigunta Mandal , Tirupathi District in favour of Youth Services & Sports Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh for establishment of Sri Kidambi Srikanth Badminton Academy on free of cost in terms ofG.O.Ms.No.571 Revenue (Assn.I ) Dept., dated :14.09.2012 under B.S.O.24 and subject to submission of IT returns filed at least for the last three years and other additional conditions - Orders Issued .

ORDER :

In the reference 1st read above , Government have issued orders according permission to the Collector , Chittoor District for handling over of advance possession of the land to an extent of Ac.5.05cts in Sy.No.220/ 5 , 220/6 etc. , in favour of Sri Kidambi Srikanth Sports Academy for establishment of Sports Academy and Centre for Excellence in Badminton pending regular alienation in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue ( Ass.I ) Deptdt : 14.09.2012.

2. In the reference 2nd read above , the Collector , Tirupathi District has requested for alienation of Government land to an extent of Ac . 5.05 cents in Sy.No.220/5 etc. , of Kurukalva Village of Renigunta Mandal , Tirupathi District in favour of Sri Kidambi Srikanth for establishment of Sports Academy and Centre for Excellency in Badminton , Badminton Academy on free of cost in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 Revenue( Assn.I ) Dept. , dated : 14.09.2012 under B.S.O.24 .

3. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and Spl.C.S. , A.P. Mangalagiri in the reference 3rd read above , Government, after careful examination of the matter , hereby order for alienation ofGovernment land to an extent of Ac . 5.05 cents in Sy.No.220/ 5 etc. , ( Details of Sy.No.s and extent are appended in the Annexure ) of Kurukalva Village , Renigunta Mandal , Tirupathi District in favour of Youth Services & Sports Department , Government of Andhra Pradesh for establishment of Sri Kidambi Srikanth Badminton Academy , on free of cost in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 Revenue( Assn.I ) Dept. , dated : 14.09.2012 and under B.S.O.24 and subject to submission of IT returns filed at least for the last three years and other additional conditions , as recommended by the APLMA , as shown below .

Contd ... p ... 2 i . The land should not be alienated , leased or transferred in any other manner by the allottee to any other organization or entity or department without explicit prior approval of the Government in Revenue Department and it should only be utilized for the purpose intended

ii . In case, if any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies exist , they should not be disturbed under any circumstances .

iii . The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three years of the orders of alienation

iv . For violation of conditions as well as non - utilization of land , the District Collector of the district concerned would be the authority to cancel and resume the land from the allottee .

v . The water bodies , if any , existing in the land shall not be disturbed and shall be allowed to continue their natural course .

vi . The existing roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed or otherwise alternate arrangements shall be made .

4. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Spl.CS , A.P. and the Collector, Tirupathi District shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
