GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Water Resources Department – Krishna Delta System- i) Renovation works to Prakasam Barrage Road & ii) Renovation of KRF Bank Road from Km.0.000 to Km.5.000 – Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.2.80 Crores -Orders - Issued.

ORDER:- In the reference read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation), Vijayawada while explaining the details and circumstances, has requested the Government to accord administrative approval for the work Renovation of Prakasam Barrage and KRF Bank Road from Km.0.00 to Km.5.00 for an amount of Rs.2.80 Crores with SSR 2022-23 under the Head of Account "MH4700-00 on M &MI (01) MI (136) – KDS-GH(11) NSP-SH(27)-530 MW -531OE".

2) Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.2.80 Crores (Rupees two crores and eighty lakhs only) for i) Renovation works to Prakasam Barrage Road & ii) Renovation of KRF Bank Road from Km.0.000 to Km.5.000, duly relaxation of the FRBM norms, under Head of Account "4700 Capital Outlay on Major Irrigation -01 Major Irrigation - Commercial - M.H.136 Krishna Delta System - G.H.11 State Development Schemes – S.H (27) Canals and Distributaries -530 Major works- 531 Major works", subject to the CE, KDS, Vijayawada shall ensure the following before according technical sanction...
i) The correctness of rates, quantities and leads proposed in the estimate.
ii) The drawings shall be got approved by the competent authority.
iii) The sand rate shall be adopted as per the revised sand policy of the Govt., from time to time.
iv) No duplication of provisions proposed in the estimate (as against the work being sanctioned, under execution and transferred from CE, ADCL to WRD).

3) The Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation), Vijayawada / the Chief Engineer, Krishna Delta System, Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.

4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-W.R.II) Department, vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/163/2022-FMU-WR-II Computer No. 1925713, dated: 16.12.2022.
