ORDER: -
In the reference 1st read above , the Revenue ( DM ) Department issued administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.61,90,22,000/- ( Rupees Sixty one crore ninety lakh twenty two thousand only ) towards temporary restoration of damaged PR infrastructure /assets during heavy rains /Floods during November - December, 2015 in Nellore, Chittoor and Kadapa Districts .
2. Inthe reference 3rd read above , the District Collector submitted proposals for the revalidation of funds for the already completed works . Further submitted that number of writpetitions are filed in the High Court for clearance of pending bills.
3. Inthe reference 4th read above , the Finance Department issued budget release order for an amount of Rs.1,51,63,000/- ( Rupees One crore fifty one lakh sixty three thousand) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards clearing the pending bills related to 17 WPs .
4. After consideration of the request of the District Collector , SPSR Nellore , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs . 1,51,63,000 / - ( Rupees One Crore fifty one lakh sixty three thousand only) ) tothe Engineer-in- Chief , Panchayat Raj , Andhra Pradesh towards clearing the pendingbills related to 17 WPs .
5. The amount sanctioned at para (4) above shall be debited to the following head of Account:

(PTO) 6. The Engineer - in-Chief, Panchayat Raj , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada is authorized to draw the amount sanctioned in para (4) above and to furnish the consolidated utilization certificate duly verified by the A.P. State Audit Authority for the amount released .
7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department in . U.O. No. FMUOASD ( REV) / 168 /2022 vide its Computer No.1809046 , dated . 14/12/2022.
