ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P. , Vijayawada in the reference read above and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 32 ( 7 ) ( a ) ( i ) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act , 1964 ( Andhra Pradesh Act , No.7 of 1964 ) , Government hereby extend the term of the Person - in - charge of Sri Bala Tripura Sundari Fishermen Cooperative Society Ltd. , Viswanadhapuram village , Tripuranthakam Mandal , Prakasam District by appointing Fisheries Development Officer , Darsi as Person - in- Charge for a further period of beyond six ( 6 ) months with effect from 14-09-2022 to13-03-2023 (1stspell ) or till the elections are conducted and the elected Managing Committee assumes charge whichever is earlier .
2. The Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P. Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter , accordingly .
