From the Director General , Anti - Corruption Bureau , A.P. , Vijayawada , Letter.C.No.3/ RE - CIU/ 2015 ( Final Report) , dated 21.12.2017 .
ORDER :
Inthe letter read above , the Director General , Anti - Corruption Bureau , A.P. , Vijayawada has reported that on the allegations of corruption and acquisition of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income against Sri Bonthalakoti Madhusudana Rao , Joint Chief Environmental Engineer , Zonal Office , A.P. Pollution Control Board , Vijayawada , a regular enquiry was taken up by the ACB Authorities and the Accused Officer has been found to have assets disproportionate to his known sources of income and recommended that no case can be made out against him as per the Memo.No.623/ Spl.C/ 2008-2 , General Administration ( SPL.C) Department , dated 15.10.2008 as his disproportionate assets come to less than 20 % of his total income .
2. After careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby drop further action against Sri Bonthalakoti Madhusudana Rao , Joint Chief Environmental Engineer , Zonal Office , A.P. Pollution Control Board , Vijayawada in the disproportionate assets case .
3. The Director General , Anti- Corruption Bureau , A.P. , Vijayawada and theMember Secretary , A.P. Pollution Control Board , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly .
