ORDER: -
In the reference 7th read above , the Director , Animal Husbandry Department, Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , has submitted the Medical Reimbursement Claim in respect of Sri C. Mahesh , Senior Assistant , O /o District Animal Husbandry Office , Tirupati District , towards treatment of " his mother " for " SEPSIS INDUCED HEPAR TITIA , THROMBOCY TOPENIA " during the period from 08.04.2022 to 17.04.2022 at "UV Cardiac Care Hospital " , Tirupati which is an Un- recognized Hospital and incurred an amount of Rs . 2,16,709/- . The Chief Executive Officer , Dr.YSR AНСТ, Guntur has issued admissibility for an amount of Rs.90,000/- out of the total amount incurred by the individual for Rs.2,16,709/- duly informing that the claim may be allowed on getting relaxation from the Government since the treatment was obtained in an unrecognized hospital . The Director, Animal Husbandry has therefore , requested the Government to issue necessary relaxation orders in the matter.
2. Government after examination , hereby accord permission to the Director, Animal Husbandry Department , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , to sanction an amount ofRs.90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand only) to Sri C. Mahesh , Senior Assistant , O/ o District Animal Husbandry Office , Tirupati District, towards treatment of " his mother " for " SEPSIS INDUCED HEPARTITIA, THROMBOCYTOPENIA " during the period from 08.04.2022 to 17.04.2022 at " UV Cardiac Care Hospital " , Tirupati which is an Un - recognized Hospital , in relaxation of APIMA Rules 1972 , as amended from time to time .

3. The Director , Animal Husbandry Department , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , shall take further necessary action accordingly .
4. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department , vide their U.O.No. FMU0PC ( HMF2 ) / 674/2022 , Computer No.1879048 , dt: 26.10.2022 ( BY ORDER AND IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNOR OF ANDHRA PRADESH )
