ORDER:

Whereas, in the reference lst read above, disciplinary proceedings has been instituted against Sri M.S.Munipratap, formerly Tahsildar, Kurabalakota on the allegation of approval / digitally uploaded bogus names wi.th bogus khatas for the land in Sy.No.514 of Pitchalavandlapalle village and Sy.No.365 of Angallu village of Kurabalakota Mandal. The Charged Officer has submitted his explanation dt:18.01.2019 denying the Charges. As the explanation is not convincing, Govt have appointed the DRO, Chi.ttoor as inquiry offi.cer and Sub Collector/RDO, Madanapall as Presenting Officer vide G.O.Rt.No.293 a 294, Dt:18.02.2019 respectively.

2. And whereas, in the reference 3rd read above, the Inquiry Authority/DRO, Chittoor has submitted the enquiry report stating the two Charges framed against Sri M.S.Munipratap, formerly Tahsildar, Kurabalakota are held proved.

3. After examini.ng the findings of the Inquiry officer, Government have accepted the same and a copy of the enqui.ry report has been communi.cated to the Charged Officer Sri M.S. Munipratap, formerly Tahsildar, Kurabalakota (M) (Retired) under Rule 21(2) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules 1991 r/w Rule 9 of the APRP Rules,1980 with a direction to submit her representation, if any, on the findings of the Inquiry Officer, vide reference 4th read above. In the reference 5th read above, the Charged Officer has submitted his explanation with a request that the charges may kindly be dropped and he may be exonerated and absolved of the charges early.

4. In the reference 9th read above, the Secretary, APPSC has informed that Commission agreed with the above proposal of the Government and advised accordingly.

6. Government, after careful examinati.on of the matter and consi.dering the advice of APPSC, have decided and hereby impose a penalty of "withholdi.ng of 25% monthly pension permanently" against Sri M.S. Munipratap, formerly Tahsildar, Kurabalakota (M) (Retd), under Rule 9 of AP Revised Pensi.on Rules,1980 in thi.s matter.

7. The Chief Commissioner of Land Admim.stration, A.P., Mangalag..ri./the Collector a District Magistrate, Annamayya District, Rayachoty shalli take necessary action accordingly.
