RULES SUPPLEMENT TO PART I GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH
ABSTRACT
Lands Srikakulam District Alienation of land for an extent of Ac.0.73 Cts in Sy.No.277-2A of Ragolu Village , Srikakulam Mandal & District in favour of the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer , for establishment of " Integrated Sainik Bhavan " on free of cost, in terms of as G.O. Ms.No.571 , Revenue ( Assn.I ) Dept Dt.14.09.2012 , subject to usual terms and conditions of BSO - 24 and additional conditions -Orders - Issued.

ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above , the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri has stated that the District Collector , Srikakulam vide letter Dt.27.05.2022 has submitted the proposal for alienation of land for an extent of Ac.0.73 Cts in Sy.No.277-2A of Ragolu Village, Srikakulam Mandal in favour of the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer , Srikakulam forestablishment of "Integrated Sainik Bhavan " on free of cost pending regular alienation as per G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue (Assn.I ) Department , Dt.14.09.2012 .
2. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri , Guntur District has further stated that the proposal of theDistrict Collector was placed before the APLMA in the meeting held on 09-09- 2022 and the APLMA has resolved and recommended as proposed by the District Collector , Srikakulam District for alienation of land for an extent of Ac.0.73 Cts in Sy.No.277-2A of Ragolu Village , Srikakulam Mandal in favour of the Zilla Sainik WelfareOfficer , Srikakulam for establishment of " Integrated Sainik Bhavan " as determined by the Government in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue (Assn.1 ) Dept , dt.14-09-2012 subject to usual terms and conditions of BSO - 24 and additional conditions .

Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order for alienation of land for an extent of Ac.0.73 Cts in Sy.No.277-2A of Ragolu Village , Srikakulam Mandal in favour of the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer , Srikakulam for establishment of "Integrated Sainik Bhavan " on free of cost , subject to fulfilment of all necessary documents as per rules by the Collector after issue of G.O. , and in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue ( Assn.1 ) Dept ,dt.14-09-2012 subject to usual terms and conditions of BSO - 24 and additional conditions:
i . The land should not be alienated , leased or transferred in any other manner by the allottee to any other organization or entity or department without explicit prior approval of the Government in Revenue Department and it should only be utilized for the purpose intended.
ii . In case , if any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies exist , they should not be disturbed under any circumstances.
iii . The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three years of the orders of alienation .
(PTO) iv . For violation of conditions as well as non - utilization of land , the District Collector of District concerned would be the authority to cancel and resume the land from the allottee .
v. The water bodies , if any , existing in the land shall not be disturbed and shall be allowed to continue their natural course .
vi . The existing roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed.
4. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Andhra Pradesh and the District Collector , Srikakulam District shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter .
