ORDER:
the request of the AHDD&F Department in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur for an amount of Rs.15,26,26,000/- (Rupees Fifteen crore twenty six lakh twenty six thousands only) from BE provision 2022-23 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure to clear the pending payments and to expand the Jagananna Pala Velluva (JPV) activities.
2. The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur is requested to transfer the amount from SNA A/c to IA account of RKVY with the APDDCF Ltd, as detailed in the BRO 1st read above.
3. The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur, shall take further necessary action in the matter.
