ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner , Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB ) , A.P. Mangalagiri , in the letter read above , the Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.90,000/ - (Rupees Ninty Thousand Only) , to Dr. K.Srinivasulu , Assistant Commissioner , SEB , Ananthapuramu Dist . , incurred towards treatment for his son for " SCHIZOTYPAL DISORDER WITH SYMPTOMS SUGGESTIVE OF SCHIZOPHRENIA BIPOLAR AFFECTIVE DISORDER AND OCD " at " Nimhans Hospital " Bangalore during the period from 26.10.2021 to 12.01.2022 , in relaxation of APIMA Rules 1972 .
2. TheCommissioner , Special Enforcement Bureau ( SEB ) , A.P , Mangalagiri shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly . The medical bills/ documents are returned herewith in original .
3 . This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department vide Finance U.O.No. FMUOPC (HMF2 ) /590/2022 , ( Comp No.1852773 ) (BY ORDER AND IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNOR OF ANDHRA PRADESH )
