ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above , the Collector & DM , Chittoor has furnished proposal for alienation of Government land to an extent of Ac . 58.00 cts in Sy.No.69 in Katiperi Village , Chowdepalli Mandal , Chittoor District in favour of Registrar , Sri Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University for establishment of New Agricultural Polytechnic College , on free of cost in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue ( Assn.I ) Dept. ,dt : 14.9.2012 .
2. In the reference 2nd read above , the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Spl.CS A.P. Mangalagiri , has stated that the proposal of the Collector , Chittoor was placed before the APLMA in the meeting held on 09.09.2022 and the APLMA has recommended the proposal of the District Collector to the Government for transfer of land in favour of the Agriculture & Cooperation Department in the Government , on free of cost for establishment of New Agricultural Polytechnic College , as per 3 ( b ) ( vii ) of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue (Assn.I ) Dept. ,dt : 14.9.2012 subject to usual conditions of alienation under BSO - 24 and certain additional conditions .

Government, after careful examination of the matter , here by order for transfer of Government land , to an extent of Ac.58.00 cts in Sy.No.69 in Katiperi Village of Chowdepalli Mandal in Chittoor District in favour of the Agriculture& Cooperation Department in the Government , on free of cost , for establishment of New Agricultural Polytechnic College , as per 3 ( b ) ( vii ) of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue ( Assn.I ) Dept. , dt: 14.09.2012 subject to usual conditions of alienation under BSO - 24 , and other following conditions , as recommended by the APLMA , as shown below.
Contd .... p ... 2 i . The land should not be alienated , leased or transferred in any other manner by the allottee to any other organization or entity or department without explicit prior approval of the Government in Revenue Department and it should only be utilized for the purpose intended .
ii . In case , if any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies exist , they should not be disturbed under any circumstances .
iii . The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three years of the orders of alienation .
iv . For violation of conditions as well as non - utilization of land, the DistrictCollector of the district concerned would be the authority to cancel and resume the land from the allottee .
v . The water bodies , if any , existing in the land shall not be disturbed and shall be allowed to continue their natural course .
vi . The existing roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed or otherwise alternate arrangements shall be made .
4. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Spl.C.S , A.P. and the Collector , Chittoor District , shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly .
