ORDER:
In the G.O first read above , orders have been issued for constitution of Agricultural Market Committee , Valmikipuram , Chittoor District for a period of one year as per Section 6 ( 1 ) and also sub - sections ( 1 ) & ( 2) of Section 5 of Andhra Pradesh ( Agricultural Produce and Livestock ) Markets Act , 1966 .
2. In continuation of the G.O first read above and after examining the proposal of the C& DoAM second read above , Government hereby extend the term of the Agricultural Market Committee , Valmikipuram , Annamayya District for a further period of six months w.e.f. 10.12.2022 under section 6 (2 ) of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Livestock ) Markets Act , 1966 .
3. The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , A.P , Guntur shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly .
