2.G.O.Ms.No.101 , Finance (PC - TA) Department, dated: 11-05-2022 .
3. ROC No.715/2022 -Estt, dated 14.10.2022 of the Registrar (Administration) , AP High Court, Amaravathi .
ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above , Finance (PC - TA) Department examined the proposal and agreed to enhance the conveyance charges from Rs.110/- to Rs.300/- per trip from 17.04.2019 with an outer limit of Rs.7000/- per month for the Court Masters and Personal Secretaries to Hon'ble Judges and Registrars in this Department . Accordingly the Home Department have issued orders vide G.O.Rt.No.355 , Law (LA& J- Home-Courts.A) Department, dated 31.03.2021 to enhance the conveyance expenses from Rs.110/- to Rs.300/- per trip from 17.04.2019 with an outer limit of Rs.7.000/- per month to the Court Masters/Personal Secretaries to the Hon'ble Judges and Registrars as a special case .
2. However, while issuing the PRC common G.O. , vide ref 2nd cited, the Conveyance charges to Court Masters and Personal Secretaries (para 5 of the said orders) was ordered as follows:
5. Conveyance charges to Court Masters and Personal Secretaries
5.1 . The conveyance charges for Court Masters and the Personal Secretaries to the Hon'ble Judges of the High Court shall stand revised as Rs.150/- per trip (to- and fro) with an upper limit of Rs.5000/- per month.
3. Since the hike was earlier ordered in G.O. 1st read above and the Hon'ble High Court implemented it, the Registrar General , Hon'ble A.P.High Court requested to amend the G.O. 2nd read above .
4. After careful examination of the issue , Government hereby order to amend the Para 5 and 5.1 ofG.O 2nd read above as follows:
AMENDMENT
"Para 5 and 5.1 in G.O.Ms.No.101 , Finance (PC & TA) Department, dated . 11.05.2021 " isdeleted"
