ORDER :
In the circumstances stated by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare in the letter 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby extend the P.G. Lien of Dr. Priyanka Kolusu , CAS for a further period of ( 50 ) days w.e.f 03.07.2020 to complete her P.G. in MS ( Obstetrics and Gynaecology ) course as in- service candidate at Siddhartha Medical College , Vijayawada in relaxation of the orders issued in the G.O.1st read above , subject to the condition that she should execute a bond in the prescribed pro - forma for Rs.20.00 lakhs ( Rupees Twenty lakhs only ) that she would serve the Government of Andhra Pradesh for a period of 5 years after completion of the said course as per the existing rules . In the event of her leaving the studies in mid - term or in case of her failure to serve the Government for the stipulated period of 5 years after completion of the course , she has to pay the bond amount to Government , including the salary and allowances received till then .
2 . The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly .
3 . This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - HR0CRSR ( LFH ) / 3 / 2022 - HR - IV , Dt : 05.12.2022 .
