ORDER : -
In the reference 1st to 5th and 7th read above , the Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount Rs.237,17,50,000/- ( Rupees two hundred and thirty seven crore seventeen lakh fifty thousand only ) towards payment of ex- gratia to the next kin ofthe deceased with Covid -19.
2. Inthe reference 6th read above , the Finance Department has issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.47.31 Crores ( Rupees forty seven crore thirty one lakh only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards ex - gratia to the next kin of the deceased due to Covid -19.
3. In the reference 7th read above , the Government sanctioned an amount of Rs.37,31,00,000/- ( Rupees thirty seven crore thirty one lakhs only) towards ex - gratia to the nextkin of the deceased due to Covid - 19 leaving a balance of Rs . 10.00 Cr .
4. After careful examination of the requirement of funds to each district in the state received through Managing Director , Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees ten crore only) to the District Collectors in the state towards payment of ex- gratia to the next kin of deceased person with Covid -19 @ Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) .
5. The amount sanctioned at para ( 4 ) above is distributed among the District Collectors asfollows:

7. All the District Collectors shall submit the status report regarding releases / claims/ requirement of funds every month to the Revenue ( DM ) Department through HM & FW/MD , APSDMA .
8. All the District Collectors are requested to furnish Utilization Certificates to this department duly verified by the audit authorities of the State Audit to Revenue ( DM - Accounts ) Department.
9. This order issues with reference to the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance ( FMU - REV) Department vide reference 6th read above .
