RULES SUPPLEMENT TO PART I
GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH
ABSTRACT
Medical Education Dr.S.Koteswara Rao , formerly CAS , PHC Makkuva , Vizianagaram District who completed in - service P.G. in DLO at Rangaraya Medical College , Kakinada , East Godavari District and presently working as CAS ( Specialist ) , at CHC , Gajapathinagaram , Vizianagaram District Extension of PG Lien for a further period of 120 days w.e.f 01.07.2020 Orders Issued .

ORDER :
In the circumstances stated by the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare in the letter 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby extend the P.G. Lien of Dr.S.Koteswara Rao , CAS for a further period of 120 days w.e.f 01.07.2020 to complete his P.G. in DLO at Rangaraya Medical College , Kakinada , East Godavari District in relaxation of orders issued in the G.O.1st read above , subject to sanction of eligible leave for the period and also subject to the condition that he should execute a bond in the prescribed pro - forma for Rs.20.00 lakhs (Rupees Twenty lakhs only ) that he would serve the Government of Andhra Pradesh for a period of 5 years after completion of the said course as per the existing rules . In the event of his leaving the studies in mid - term or in case of his failure to serve the Government for the stipulated period of 5 years after completion of the course , he has to pay the bond amount to Government , including the salary and allowances received till then .
2. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly .
3 . This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No. FIN01- HROCRSR ( LR ) / 101 / 2020 - HR - IV , Dt : 23.08.2022 .
