Read the following : - 1. G.O.Ms.No.2 , Public Enterprises ( PE - II ) Department , dated : 14-08-2020.
2. G.O.Ms. No.1 , Public Enterprises ( PE.II ) Department dated : 26-08-2021 .

ORDER: -
In the G.O. 1st read above , the Government issued orders to all the Corporations in the State to take necessary follow - up actions for appointment of additional 13 Directors ( i.e. , 1 from each District ) .
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above , the Government issued orders directing all the Corporations in the State to take necessary follow - up actions for appointment of Chairman + 15 Directors in accordance with Law .
3. In the reference 3rd read above , the ITE & C Department has requested to take necessary action on the proposal of APTS to exempt from the purview of G.O.Ms.No.2 , PE (PE.II) Dept. , dt . 14.08.2020 read with G.O.Ms. No. 1 , PE ( PE.II ) Dept. , dated 26.08.2021 as APTS is a Technical Services Corporation and with no administrative set up of district units.
4. The Competent authority has approved the proposal of the APTS .
5. In view of the approval by the competent authority , after careful examination , Government hereby accord exemption to Andhra Pradesh Technology Services from the purview of G.O.Ms.No.2 , PE (PE.II) Dept. , dt . 14.08.2020 read with G.O.Ms.No.1 , PE ( PE.II) Dept. , dated . 26.08.2021 .
6. The ITE& C Department is requested to take necessary action accordingly .
