ORDER:
2. After careful examination of the proposal of Chief Engineer (P), Ananthapuramu duly considering the recommendations of SLTC, hereby accorded approval for payment of arrears of Rs.1,32,02,127/- (Rupees One Crore Thirtytwo Lakhs Two Thousand One hundred and Twentyseven only) towards Price adjustment on labour, Machinery and other materials components for the work "Package No.8 of HNSS Project Phase-II" for the work done from 04/2013 to 02/2015 subject to condition that the CE has to make the payment of arrears as per the procedure given in G.O.Ms.No.22, I&CAD (Reforms) Department, Dt.23-02-2015 3. The Chief Engineer (P), Ananthapuramu shall take further action accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department vide their UO No. FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/312/2020- FMU-WR-II (Computer No: 1295934), dated: 29-12-2020.
