Water Resources Department – "Reconstruction of damaged Aqueduct @Ch 0.550Km of Thonduru distributory of Pulivendula Branch Canal near Gurijala village in Simhadripuram Mandal of YSR Kadapa District" – Administrative Approval – Accorded – Orders – Issued. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WATER RESOURCES (PROJECTS.III) DEPARTMENT

G.O.Rt.No.2151 Dated: 30.12.2022. Read the following:

From the Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa Letter No.CE(P)/WRD/KDP/TS1/ATO/ PBC/(3), Dated:02.05.2022.

ORDER:

In the reference read above, the Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa has requested the Government to accord administrative approval for the work "Reconstruction of damaged Aqueduct @Ch 0.550Km of Thonduru distributory of Pulivendula Branch Canal near Gurijala village in Simhadripuram Mandal of YSR Kadapa District" for an amount of Rs.563.00 Lakhs.

2. Government after careful examination of the proposal of Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa, hereby accorded administrative sanction for "Reconstruction of damaged Aqueduct @Ch 0.550Km of of Thonduru distributory of Pulivendula Branch Canal near Gurijala village in Simhadripuram Mandal of YSR Kadapa District" for an amount of Rs.5,63,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores and Sixty three Lakhs only) in relaxation of FRBM norms subject to condition that the CE shall ensure the following before according technical sanction:
1. The correctness of provisions, quantities, rates proposed in the estimate.
2. As the length of the aqueduct and bed width of canal is increased, the necessary design/drawings have to be approved by the Chief Engineer/CDO
3. All the works proposed now should not overlap in any other works/packages

3. The above expenditure is debitable to the Head of Account: 4700 COL on Major Irrigation -01 Major Irrigation Projects (Commercial) – 135 PBC scheme – GH 11 State Development Schemes - 27 C&D Works -530 Major Works-531 Major Works".

4. The Chief Engineer (Projects), Kadapa shall take further necessary action accordingly.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department vide their UO Note No. FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/ 71/2022-FMUWR- II (Computer No. 1758889), dated: 05.12.2022.

6. Copy of this order is available in the apegazette.cgg.gov.in website.
