Water Resources Department – "Reconstruction of damaged Aqueduct @Ch 29.655Km of PBC Main canal near Dondlavagu Village of Lingala Mandal of YSR Kadapa District" – Administrative Approval – Accorded – Orders – Issued. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WATER RESOURCES (PROJECTS.III) DEPARTMENT

G.O.Rt.No.2148 Dated: 29.12.2022. Read the following:

From the Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa Letter No.CE(P)/WRD/KDP/TS1/ATO/ PBC/(1), Dated:02.05.2022.

ORDER:

In his letter read above, the Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa has requested the Government to accord administrative approval for the work "Reconstruction of damaged Aqueduct @Ch 29.655Km of PBC Main canal near Dondlavagu Village of Lingala Mandal of YSR Kadapa District" for an amount of Rs.487.00 Lakhs..

2. Government after careful examination of the proposal of Chief Engineer (P), Kadapa, hereby accorded administrative sanction for the work "Reconstruction of damaged Aqueduct @Ch 29.655Km of PBC Main canal near Dondlavagu Village of Lingala Mandal of YSR Kadapa District" for an amount of Rs.4,79,50,000/- (Rupees Four Crores Seventy nine Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) in relaxation of the FRBM norms subject to condition that the CE shall ensure the following before according technical sanction:
1. The correctness of provisions, quantities, rates proposed in the estimate.
2. The design/drawings have to be approved by the competent authority.
3. All the works proposed now should not overlap in any other works/packages

3. The above expenditure is debitable to the Head of Account: 4700 COL on Major Irrigation -01 Major Irrigation Projects (Commercial) – 135 PBC scheme – GH 11 State Development Schemes - 27 C&D Works -530 Major Works-531 Major Works".

4. The Chief Engineer (Projects), Kadapa shall take further necessary action accordingly.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department vide their U.O.No.:FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/70/2022-FMU-WRII, (Computer No.1758472), dated: 29.11.2022.
