From the Chief Engineer, NTR TGP, Tirupati Lr.No CE/NTRTGP/TPT/TS/ T2/SP Reservoir/ Deletion of Balance work, Dt: 06.10.2022.

ORDER:

In the reference read above, the Chief Engineer, NTR TGP, Tirupati has requested the Government to accord approval for deletion of balance items of work such as "Distributary network and allied portions in tail end of some Water Carrying Canals (branch canals) including miscellaneous items in CM& CD works and DP's only" from the scope of the work "HNSS Phase-II Sreenivasapuram Reservoir", with a value of Rs.2.435 Crores as per payment schedule which is higher than the provision in IBM as recommended by the SLTC in their Minutes dated:15.09.2022.

2. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of Chief Engineer, NTR TGP, Tirupati and also considering the recommendations of SLTC Meeting hereby accord approval for deletion of balance items of work such as "Distributary network and allied portions in tail end of some Water Carrying Canals (branch canals) including miscellaneous items in CM& CD works and DP's only" from the scope of the work "HNSS Phase-II Sreenivasapuram Reservoir", with a value of Rs.2.435 Crores as per payment schedule, which is higher than the provision in IBM as recommended by the SLTC in their Minutes dated:15.09.2022, subject to the condition that the CE shall ensure the following:-

i.	The correctness of quantities, rates, leads etc. and within the guidelines issued in terms of G.O.Ms. No: 22, I & CAD (Reforms) Department, Dt: 23- 02-2015 & G.O.Ms.No.63, WR (Reforms) Dept., dt: 12.06.2015.
ii.	No excess payments made to the Agency beyond the provisions of Agreement conditions and Government Orders.
	iii. By deletion of the above item of works, the scope of the main work should not be affected and to avoid any Liability of the state either Legal or financial in this regard.

3. The Chief Engineer, NTR TGP, Tirupati shall take further action accordingly.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU.WR.II) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMU0MRAS (WR2)/135/2022-FMU- WRII,(Computer No.1890067), dated:07.12.2022.
