Read the following : -
1. G.O.Rt. No. 10 , Higher Education ( EC) Department , Dt . 16/2/2022 .
2. From the Chairman , APSCHE , e - file No. SCHE - 14033 /1 / 2023 - CHR - APSCHE , Dt . 06/01/2023 .
ORDER
Inthe G.O. 1st read above , Government have appointed Prof. M.Surya Kalavathi , VC of Yogi Vemana University as in - charge Vice Chancellor to Dr. YSR Architecture and Fine Arts University till the regular Vice Chancellor is appointed .
2. TheChairman , APSCHE vide reference 2nd read above has reported that Prof.M.Surya kalavathi is on inter - state deputation from JNTU Hyderabad , Telangana to work as Vice Chancellor , Yogi Vemana University , Kadapa . On completion of her term she will have to report back at JNTU , Hyderabad . Hence , the Chairman , APSCHE has requested the Govt . to appoint another in- chargeVice Chancellor to Dr. YSR Architecture & Fine Arts University , Kadapa in place of Prof. M. Surya kalavathi .
3. The Government after careful examination and in exercise of the powers conferred under Schedule 1( 1) ( 6) of JNAFU Act , 2008 as amended subsequently from time to time hereby appoint Prof. Fazal Rahman , Vice Chancellor , Urdu University , Kurnool as Vice Chancellor on FAC to Dr. YSR Architecture and Fine Arts University till the regular Vice Chancellor is appointed , duly relieving Prof. M. Surya Kalavathi , I/ c . Vice Chancelor , YSRAFU , Kadapa .
4. The Registrar , Dr. YSRAFU , Kadapa shall take necessary action accordingly , in the matter .
