ORDER : -
In the reference 3rd read above , Sri Puli Sunil Kumar has been nominated as Chairperson , A.P. State Social Welfare Board and assumed charge as Chairperson of A.P. State Social Welfare Board on the F.N. of 5th August , 2021 .
2. In the reference 4th read above , Sri Puli Sunil Kumar , Chairperson , A.P. State Social Welfare Board , Mangalagiri has requested to fix pay & allowances and protocol to the Chairperson of A.P. State Social Welfare Board .
3. After careful examination of the request of Sri Puli Sunil Kumar , Chairperson , A.P. State Social Welfare Board , Mangalagiri , Government hereby fix the total emoluments of Rs.56,000 / - ( Rupees Fifty Six Thousand Only ) ( Cost to the Govt . , ) per month ( inclusive of all components ) , Rs.65,000 / - ( Rupees Sixty Five Thousand Only ) per month as Vehicle Allowance and Rs.12,000/ - ( Rupees Twelve Thousand Only) per month Office Subordinate allowance to Sri Puli Sunil Kumar , Chairperson , A.P. State Social Welfare Board , Mangalagiri .
4. Sri Puli Sunil Kumar , Chairperson , A.P. State Social Welfare Board , Mangalagiri , is eligible for allowances ordered at para ( 3 ) above , If not provided the Government vehicle and Office Subordinate by the Administrative Department / Head of the Department , in terms of the orders issued in the G.O.Ms.No.1 , of the G.A. ( Poll.A) Dept. , dt : 5.1.2022 .
5. Sri Puli Sunil Kumar , A.P. State Social Welfare Board , Mangalagiri is hereby informed that if it is noticed at a later date that he has been paid excess amount due to erroneous fixation of pay and allowances or otherwise , such excess amount will be recovered from his emoluments / him without any notice .
6. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ( HR.II ) Dept. , vide their U.O.No.1909348 / HR.II / FIN01 - HROPDPP ( OCE ) / 252 / 2022 .
