dated 22.06.2017 . 1) Circular Memo.No.3021/136/ 2017 , Finance ( HR.IV - FR ) Department ,

2) From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , A.P. , Guntur , Lr.Rc.No.2159/ 2022/Admn.2 , dated 01.11.2022 and 17.12.2022 .

ORDER : -

In the circumstances reported by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur in the letter 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to regularize the period from 01.08.2022 to 27.09.2022 , during which time Sri K. Rajasekhara Rao , Deputy Conservator of Forests / Divisional Forest Officer , Machilipatnam , Krishna District was waiting for posting orders , as compulsory wait under rule 9 ( 6) b of Fundamental Rules .

2. The officer is entitled to the pay and allowances to which he would have drawn had he been continued on duty , during the above period .

3. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.

4. This order issues in terms of instructions issued in the Circular Memo . 1st read above .
