ABSTRACT

ORDER :
In the reference 1st read above , the Director of Medical Education , AP has furnished proposal for sanction of an amount of Rs . 55,92,555/ - as additional funds towards meeting the expenditure of water charges supplied by Vijayawada Municipal Corporation to AIIMS , Mangalagiri under Head of Account 2210-01-001-00-01 ( Head Quarters Officer) - 130/133 Water and Electricity Charges .
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above , the Finance Department has issued BRO for an amount of Rs . 55,93,000/ - ( Rupees Fifty five lakh ninety three thousand ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y. 2022-23 towards payment to the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation for providing water to AIIMS , Mangalagiri .
3. The Government after examination , hereby accord an administrative sanction for an amount of Rs . 55,93,000/- ( Rupees Fifty five lakh ninety three thousand ) to the Director of Medical Education , AP as additional funds relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y. 2022-23 under the following head of account towards payment to the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation for providing water to AIIMS , Mangalagiri .

The Director of Medical Education , AP , Vijayawada shall take further necessary action in the matter and to utilize the funds for issue of intended purpose duly following the prescribed procedure and furnish the utilization certificate / Statement of Expenditure for the amount sanctioned at Para ( 3 ) above to Government .
