ORDER : -
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P. , Guntur in the letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above , Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction to the Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P , Guntur , for an amount of Rs . 11,97,59,000 / - ( Rupees Eleven Crore Ninety Seven Lakh and Fifty Nine Thousand only ) from the B.E provision 2022-23 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure for implementation of " Silk Samagra " scheme for the FY 2021-22 .
2. The amount sanctioned in para ( 1 ) above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the BRO 2nd read above .
3. The Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P , Guntur , shall take further necessary action accordingly , in the matter .
