From the Deputy registrar ( Law) , NHRC , New Delhi letter in case No : 762/1 /22/2018 - PCD , Dt : 29.08.2022 .

ORDER :
It was reported that Cherukubilli Krishna , S/ o Thatababu , Aged 35 years , R/ o Nakkala colony , Veeraghattam Village , Srikakulam District , Andhra Pradesh was died on 03-07-2018 at Vizianagaram I town PS while undergoing treatment at KGH , Visakhapatnam .
2. In the letter read above , NHRC has recommended monetary relief of Rs.5.00 lakh to the NOK of the deceased under Section 18 of the Protection of No.42 Human Rights AAMARAVATI , WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 11 , 2023 G.3363 3. Government after, careful examination have accepted the recommendation of the National HumanArights commission Oaccordingly Government hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs . 5,00,000/ - ( Rupees Five Lakh only ) to NOk of the deceased , as recommended by the National Human Rights Commission , to the Collector & District Magistrate , Vizianagaram District .
4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para- ( 3 ) above , shall be debited to " 2053 District Administration - M.H.093 - District Establishments - SH ( 03 ) District Offices Collector's Establishment 500 - Other Charges 501- Compensation ( charged) and shall initially be met by way of an advance from ' Contingency Fund' , for which orders will be issued by Finance ( BG ) Department , separately.
5. The Collector & District Magistrate , Vizianagaram shall draw the amount sanctioned in Para- ( 3) above and disburse the same to Nok of the deceased paid through a Demand Draft and submit compliance report along with proof of payment of the said amount , direct to the National Human Rights Commission , New Delhi , immediately , under intimation to Government . He is also requested to take action for obtaining supplementary grant at appropriate time towards recoupment of the advance sanctioned to contingency fund .
