ORDER:
In exercise of powers conferred under sub - section (3 ) of Section - 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers , Dacoits , Drug-Offenders , Goondas , Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land Grabbers Act , 1986 ( Act No.1 of 1986 ) , the Government hereby accord approval for the Order of Detention 1st read above , made by the Collector & District Magistrate , Nandyal District , under the provisions of Section -3 ( 2) r/w Section 2(g) of the said Act, in detaining Sri Dudekula Suban Basha , Age 23 years , S/ o Dudekula Mabu Subani , R/ o Uyyalawada Village and Mandal , Nandyal District , Andhra Pradesh State .
