ORDER: -
In the G.O. 1st read above , under Rule 9 of A.P.Revised Pension Rules , 1980 read with Rule- 20 of A.P.C.S. ( CC &A ) Rules , 1991 , Government have imposed the punishment of 5 % cut in pension for a period of five ( 5 ) years , besides treating the suspension period from 03.04.2009 to 28.09.2010 as " Not On duty " under FR 54 B against Sri K.Suryanarayana Murthy , former Superintendent , Children Home for Boys , Eluru , now Regional Inspector of Probation ( Retired ) , Visakhapatnam.
2. In the reference 3rd read above , Government have issued orders to implement the orders dt : 2.8.2022 of Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in W.P. No.13912 / 2021 .
3 . In the circumstances reported by the Joint Director ( FAC ) , Dept. of JW , CS & WSC , Vijayawada in the reference 4th read above and after careful examination of the entire matter , Government hereby accord permission for treating the suspension period of Sri K.Suryanarayana Murthy , Regional Inspector of Probation ( Retired ) , Visakhapatnam from 03.04.2009 to 28.09.2010 as " ON DUTY " in terms of the Hon'ble High Court orders in the reference 2nd read above .
4. The Joint Director ( FAC ) , Dept. , of JW , CS & WSC , Vijayawada shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly .
