In the circumstances reported by the Director, Animal Husbandry Department Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , in the reference 7th read above , Government after cfareful examination of the matter , hereby sanction an amount of Rs.90,000/- ( Rupees Ninety Thousand Only) ( i.e. , after imposing 10 % cut on admissible amount of Rs.1,00,000/- on account of treatment taken in an unrecognized hospital ) towards reimbursement of medical expenses to Sri N. Basava Raju , Livestock Assistant, Veterinary Hospital , Lepakshi , Ananthapuram District, incurred for his medical treatment for " CAD ACUTE IWMI SVD " during the period from 18.12.2019 to 23.12.2019 at " Manasa Trinity Heart Hospital , Banglore " , which is unrecognized Hospital , in relaxation of APIMA Rules , 1972.
3. The Director, Animal Husbandry Department , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , shall take further necessary action accordingly.
4. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department, vide their U.O.No.FMU0PC ( HMF1 ) /75/FMU.HM&FW/2021 , Computer No : 1368885 , dt:15.03.2021
