In the G.O. 1st read above , Government have issued orders for establishment of Sri Mekapati Goutham Reddy Agricultural College , Udayagiri , Nellore District duly taking over all the infrastructure of MERITS and absorption of existing staff ( 26 teaching faculty , 20 non teaching staff and 30 supporting staff presently working with MERITS ) under Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University , Guntur .
2. The Registrar , ANGRAU in his letter 2nd read above , has submitted the minimum staff requirements to the newly established Sri Mekapati Goutham Reddy Agricultural College , Udayagiri , Nellore District .
3 . After careful examination of the matter , Government hereby order to create the following ( 108 ) posts ( 52 teaching posts +56 Non Teaching Posts ) to the newly established Sri Mekapati Goutham Reddy Agricultural College , Udayagiri , Nellore District .

4. The Registrar , ANGRAU , Lam , Guntur shall take immediate necessary further action in the matter , accordingly .
5. Further , the Registrar , ANGRAU is also requested to take necessary action for absorption of the existing staff who are working in the MRR Institute of Technology and Science , Udayagiri ( MERITS ) on contract/ outsourcing basis only as per rules in force , without any deviation .
6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance department vide Fin . U.O.No : FIN01 - FMU0ASD ( AC ) /40 / 2022 - FMU - AC - CS - AH , Computer No : 1721566 Dated : 28.10.2022 .
