ORDER: -
Inthe reference first read above , the District Collector , Kurnool , while forwarding the proposals received from Revenue Divisional Officer, Kurnool requested for sanction of ex-gratia of Rs.4.00 lakhs under SDRF norms to Smt . Naga Jyothi , W/o Sri B. Chandhra Sekhar Reddy , who died due to fall of thunderbolt on 02.06.2021.
2. Inthe reference second read above , the Finance Department have issued Budget ReleaseOrder for an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- ( Rupees Four lakh ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards sanction of ex- gratia to Smt. B.Naga Jyothi , W/o Sri B.Chandhara Sekhar Reddy died due to fall of thunderbolt on 02.06.2021 .
3. Afterconsideration of the proposal of the District Collector , Kurnool Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.4.00 Lakhs towards payment ofex-gratia under SDRF norms to Smt . Naga Jyothi , W/ o Sri . B.Chandhara Sekhar Reddy, died due to fall of thunderbolt on 02-06-2021 .
4. Theamount sanctioned at para . (3 ) above shall be debited to the following Head ofAccount:
MJH - 2245- Relief on account of Natural Calamities
SMJH - 02 - Floods , Cyclones etc. ,
M.H 101-Gratuitous Relief
SH (04) Cash Doles
Grants -in -Aid 310
316 -Payments to beneficiaries in natural calamities /notified events .
(PTO) 5. The District Collector , Kurnool District is requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (3 ) above to the legal heirs of the deceased by the way of DBT system and to furnish the Utilization Certificates duly verified by the Andhra Pradesh State Audit to Revenue ( DM -Accounts ) Department for the amount released till now .
6. This order issued with reference to the BRO issued by the Finance Department in the reference 2nd read above .
