ORDER: -
In the reference 7th read above , the Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , has submitted the Medical Reimbursement Claim in respect of Sri M. Sreenivasa Reddy , Senior Accountant, O /o Directorate of Animal Husbandry, A.P. , Vijayawada , towards treatment of " his mother " for " LI INTRADURAL EXTRAMEDULLARY LESION WITH L5 S1 SPODYLODISCITIS AND AXIAL INSTABILITY " during the period from 18.07.2022 to 25.07.2022 at " Sakra World Hospital , Devarabeesanahalli , Bangalore " , which is unrecognized Hospital and incurred an amount of Rs.4,07,011/-. The Chief Executive Officer, Dr. YSRAHCT, Guntur, has issued admissibility for an amount of Rs.85,255/- ( imposed 10% cut on admissible amount Rs.94,728/- ) out of the total amount incurred by the individual for Rs.4,07,011/- duly informing that the claim may be allowed on getting relaxation from the Government since the treatment was obtained in an unrecognized hospital . The Director , Animal Husbandry has therefore , requested the Government to issue necessary relaxation orders in the matter.
2. Government after examination , hereby accord permission to the Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , to sanction an amount ofRs.85, 255/- ( Rupees Eighty Five Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Five only) to Sri M. Sreenivasa Reddy, Senior Accountant, O /o Directorate of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , towards treatment of " his mother " for " LI INTRAD URAL EXTRAMEDULLARY LESION WITH L5 S1 SPODYLODISCITIS

AND AXIAL INSTABILITY " during the period from 18.07.2022 to 25.07.2022 at " Sakra World Hospital , Devarabeesanahalli , Bangalore , which is unrecognized Hospital , in relaxation of APIMA Rules 1972.
3 . The Director , Animal Husbandry Department , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , shall take further necessary action accordingly.
4. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department, vide their U.O.No. FMU0PC ( HMF2 ) /676 / 2022 , ComputerNo . 1879409 , dt : 27.10.2022 .
