ABSTRACT
Lands Parvathipuram District Transfer of the Government land in Sy . No.247 to an extent of 59.87 acres in Addapuseela Village , Parvathipuram Mandal , Parvathipuram Manyam District in favour of Revenue Department for construction of Integrated Collectorate Complex , free of cost as per 3 ( b ) ( vii ) of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue ( Assn.1 ) Department ,dt.14-09-2012 subject to usual terms and conditions ofBSO - 22 & 24 and additional conditions - Orders - Issued .

ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above , the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri has stated that the District Collector , Parvathipuram Manyam District has submitted the proposal for transfer of the Government land in Sy.No.247 to an extent of 59.87 acres in Addapuseela Village , Parvathipuram Mandal , Parvathipuram Manyam District in favour of Revenue Department for construction of Integrated Collectorate Complex , free of cost , in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue ( Assn.1 ) Department ,dt.14-09- 2012.
2. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri , Guntur District has further stated that the proposal of theDistrict Collector Parvathipuram Manyam District was placed before the APLMA in the meeting held on 04-11-2022 and the APLMA has resolved and recommended as proposed by the District Collector , Parvathipuram Manyam District for Transfer of the Government land in Sy. No. 247 to an extent of 59.87 acres in Addapuseela Village, Parvathipuram Mandal , Parvathipuram Manyam District in favour of Revenue Department for construction of Integrated Collectorate Complex , free of cost as per 3 (b ) ( vii ) of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue ( Assn.1 ) Department ,dt.14-09-2012 subject to usual terms and conditions of BSO - 22 & 24 and additional conditions .
3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order for transfer of the Government land in Sy.No.247 to an extent of 59.87 acres in Addapuseela Village , Parvathipuram Mandal , Parvathipuram Manyam District in favour of Revenue Department for construction of Integrated Collectorate Complex , on free of cost as per 3 ( b ) ( vii ) of G.O.Ms.No.571 , subject to fulfilment of all necessary documents as per rules by the Collector after issue of G.O. , and in terms of G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue ( Assn.1 ) Dept , dt.14-09-2012 subject to usual terms and additional conditions of BSO - 22 & 24 and additional conditions as follows :
i . The land should not be alienated , leased or transferred in any other manner by the allottee to any other organization or entity or department without explicit prior approval of the Government in Revenue Department and itshould only be utilized for the purpose intended .
ii . In case , if any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies exist , they should not be disturbed under any circumstances .
iii . The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three years of the orders of alienation .
(PTO) iv . For violation of conditions as well as non- utilization of land , the District Collector of District concerned would be the authority to cancel and resume the land from the allottee .
v .The water bodies , if any , existing in the land shall not be disturbed and shall be allowed to continue their natural course .
vi . Theexisting roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed .
4. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Mangalagiri , Andhra Pradesh and the District Collector , Parvathipuram Manyam District shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter.
