ORDER: -
In the reference 7th read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , has submitted the Medical Reimbursement Claim in respect of Sri M. Sreenivasa Reddy, Senior Accountant , O/ o Directorate of AH , А.Р. , Vijayawada , towards treatment of " his mother " for " L5S1 MICRO LUMBAR DISECTOMY AND BIOPSY WITH DEBRIDEMENT " during the period from 26.04.2022 to 2 8.04.2022 at " S AKRA WORLD HOSPITAL , Devarabeesanahalli , Bangalore " which is an Un - recognized Hospital incurred an amount of Rs. 1,11,014 / - . The Chief Executive Officer , Dr. YSR AHCT , Guntur has issued admissibility for an amount of Rs.30,720/ - ( imposed 10% cut on admissible amount Rs . 34,133 /- ) out of the total amount incurred by the individual for Rs . 1,11,014/- duly informing that the claim may be allowed on getting relaxation from the Government since the treatment was obtained in an unrecognized hospital . The Director, Animal Husbandry has therefore , requested the Government to issue necessary relaxation orders in the matter .
2. Government after examination , hereby accord permission to the Director, Animal Husbandry Department , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , to sanction an amount of Rs . Rs . 30,720 ( Rupees Eighty Five Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Five only) to Sri M. Sreenivasa Reddy , Senior Accountant , O /o Directorate of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , towards treatment of " his mother " for " L5S1 MICRO LUMBAR DISECTOMY AND BIOPSY WITH DEBRIDEMENT "

during the period from 26.04.2022 to 28.04.2022 at " SAKRA WORLD HOSPITAL , Devarabeesanahalli , Bangalore " which is an Un - recognized Hospital , in relaxation of APIMA Rules 1972 as amended from time to time .
3. The Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , shall take further necessary action accordingly.
4. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department , vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - FMU0PC ( HMF2 ) /828 /2022- FMU - HMFW, Computer No. 1924486,dt:09.12.2022.
