ORDER: -
In the reference 1st read above , the planning department has issued orders for sparring the services of Smt . P.Ramu , Deputy Director to work as the District Project Manager ( DPM ) , APSDMA , Visakhapatnam on deputation basis initially for a period of one year.
2. The planning Department further informed that the Director , Directorate of Economics& Statistics , Vijayawada and the Managing Director , Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority accorded the consent to post Smt.P. Ramu as District ProjectManager , APSDMA in Visakhapatnam .
3. The planning Department requested the Revenue ( DM ) Department to take necessary action to post Smt . P.Ramu , Deputy Director as District Project Manager ( DPM), APSDMA , Visakhapatnam .
4. In the reference 3rd read above, the General Administration ( SC.B ) Department issued orders for posting Smt M.Kalavathi , Special Deputy Collector as District Project Manager, Vishakapatnam .
5. After careful examination of the matter , Government hereby posted Smt.P.Ramu asDistrict Project Manager , APSDMA , Srikakulam in the existing vacancy and she is directed to report before MD , APSDMA duly relieving from parent department for further proceedings.
6. The Director , Directorate of Economics and Statistics is directed to relieve Smt . P.Ramu from her duty in the Department for reporting before Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority .
