ORDER: -
In the G.O. , third read above , orders were issued notifying the Andhra Pradesh Animal Feed ( Regulation of Manufacture , Quality Control , Sale & Distribution ) Rules , 2021.
2. In the letters fourth & fifth read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry, Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada has requested the Government to issue certain amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Animal Feed ( Regulation of Manufacture , Quality Control , Sale & Distribution ) Rules , 2021 issued in G.O. third read above.
3. After careful examination of the proposal , the Government have decided to approve and amend the Andhra Pradesh Animal Feed (Regulation of Manufacture, Quality Control, and Sale & Distribution ) Rules 2021. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette: -
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferredby section 49 of the Andhra Pradesh Animal Feed ( Regulation of Manufacture , Quality Control , Sale and Distribution) Act, 2020 (Act No.37 of 2020) the Government hereby make the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Animal Feed (Regulation of Manufacture, Quality Control , Sale & Distribution ) Rules , 2021 issued in G.O.Ms.No.38 , AHDD& F Dept. ,Dt:25.08.2021: -

1. License certificate shall be displayed at office in a prominent place of the Trading unitfor verification by the authorities under this Act
2. Licensee shall maintain the standards and comply the provisions specified in the Act and Rules
3. License is issued for Trading & storage establishment and sales as mentioned inthe application .
4. ForTrading/Distribution/Stocking/Storage of any new other than mentioned in the application , shall apply in separate application to get license duly paying prescribedfees . 5. The license is non - transferrable and the license fee once paid is not refundable
6. The licensee shall comply all the relevant Companies Act and Rules and statutory regulations
7. The Animal Feed inspector will inspect the premises of Feed Business Operations of Traders/ Distributors /Stockists/Storage Agents at any time and take the samples.
8. This license is valid subject to obtaining the all other necessary statutory permits from other competent authorities for operation of the unit
9. The licensee shall maintain the records and registers for operational details , accounts , income tax returns and all other required books or records and shall produce for inspection by Animal Inspector
10. This license is valid for details furnished in the application for Trading/ Distributors/Stockists/Storage Agents only.
