ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P. , Vijayawada, in the letter 2nd read above , Government after consideration , hereby approve the Letter of Award (LoA) and accord permission to the Director of Animal Husbandry Department , A.P. , Vijayawada , for issuing Letter of Award ( LoA) and entering into agreement with L1 bidder i.e. , M / s . Eakcon Systems Pvt . Ltd , Chennai for supply of the following laboratory items within budget provision only. Theapproved Letter ofAward ( LoA) is appended as annexure to this order.

1. This has reference to the proposal (the capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Request for Proposal ) submitted by your firm to Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh ( the "Authority" ) in response to the Request for Proposal Issuedby Authority on 29/08/2022.
2.With reference to your aforesaid bid / proposal being the Lowest Quote ( L1 ) for Supply of laboratory items ( as mentioned in the table below) as quoted by you during the reverse tendering process ( as per G.O.Ms. No.79 Finance ( HR. V - TFR) Department; Dated: 25-08-2020) as mentioned in clause 16.3 outlined in the subject RFP by the Authority. The L1 prices arrived post to the reverse tendering process are as mentioned below.

Theperformance security of 3% of the Contract value ( in terms of INR ) to be paid by the Selected/ Successful Bidder ( to be always renewed and be valid till the completion of the assignment) to execute the assignment , shall be submitted in theform of Bank Guarantee in the specified format Within 15 days from the date of receipt of notification of award which shall be one among the condition precedents for signing the Contract agreement with theAuthority.
4. ThePerformance Security shall be forfeited as Damages without prejudiceto any other right or remedy that may be available to the Authority under the tender Documents or otherwise , under the following conditions:
i. In the case of Selected Applicant / Selected Bidder , if it failsto fulfil the assignment as mentioned in the ToR of this RFP.
ii . Inthe case of Selected Applicant / Selected Bidder if it fails to execute the Assignment as per the deliverables agreed with the Authority in the agreement .
Thesame shall be valid for the entire assignment period . By accepting this LoA, it is deemed to agree that the same shall be renewed at least Fifteen (15) days prior to the date of expiry of such security deposit submitted to theAuthority till the end of assignment.
iv. Makeall necessary arrangements to sign and execute the Agreement with theAuthority within Fifteen ( 15 ) days from the date of issue of this LoA.
5. The price shall be inclusive of the cost of original containers , packing,forwarding, loading, unloading insurance and any other levies or duties and any other incidental charges and Customs Duty in case of imported products including freight charges , delivery charges to the destination . or any other location as assigned by the Authority during the Agreement and any other taxes / levies excludingGST.
6. Please note that, your firm's failure or inability to fulfil any of the requirements stipulated in para [3 & 4] above shall render your proposal liable for rejection / disqualification and forfeiture of Bid Security furnished by you and this LoA shall standwithdrawn.
7. In addition to the above , you shall comply with all other provisions / requirements ofthe RFP in their entirety.
Welook forward to an early fulfilment of the above- mentioned requirementsby you . Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this LoA by signing the duplicate copy as a token of your acceptance within three (3) days from the date of issue of this LoA.
