ORDER:-
TheDirector , Animal Husbandry Department , A.P. , Vijayawada in the letter read above has reported that Dr.K.Harish Manikanta , has joined as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon on 14-09-2018 . The individual is ought to have passed the Departmental tests i.e. , ( i ) Account Test for Executive Officers and ( ii ) Animal Husbandry Departmental Test within the period of probation i.e. , two (2 ) years on -duty , within the continuous period of three ( 3) years . The individual had passed the Animal Husbandry Test held on 13-06-2019 and the Account Test for E.O. held on 06-03-2022 . Since the individual has failed to pass the tests within the probation period of 2 years or on the extended period ofone year ( under Rule 17) i.e. , by 13-09-2021 , the Director of Animal Husbandry has requested to revise the date of commencement of probation under Rule 16 ( h ) of the APSSSR , 1996.
2. Government after careful examination , hereby declare the probation of Dr.K.Harish Manikanta, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon , Veterinary Dispensary, Arai K.V.B. Puram Mandal , Tirupati District and fix the date of commencement of probation and the dateof declaration of the probation of the Officer in the category of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon as detailed below in terms of Rule 16( h ) of A.P. State & Sub- ordinate Service Rules, 1996 read with Ruling 2 under Rule 26( a) of A.P. Fundamental Rules ; as he could not pass the Departmental tests within the prescribed probation period.
