ORDER:
ln the circumstances reported by the District Collector, SPSR Nellore in the reference 2"0 read above and consequent on the orders issued by the Finance Department in the reference 3rd read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord Adminrstratrve sanction for an amount of Rs.8,13,0001(Rupees Eight lakh Thirteen thousand) as additionalfunds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F Y 2022-2023. towards payment of legal fees to Sri K.Raghunatha Reddy, Ex.GP, Nellore as per Orders daled 26.09.2022 of ilon'ble High Court in WP No. 30173 ol2022 vide reference '1'r read above
2. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A P Mangalagirr and the District Collector SPSR Nellore District, shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-REV) Department vide their Fin. U.O. No. FMUOASD(REV)125712022 (Computer No.1884999), dated.27 .12.2022
