ORDER:-
The Director , Animal Husbandry Department , A.P. , Vijayawada in the letter read above has reported that Dr. K. Swapna , has joined as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon on 22- 11-2013 . The individual is ought to have passed the Departmental tests i.e. , ( i ) Account Test for Executive Officers and (ii) Animal Husbandry Departmental Test within the period of probation i.e. , two ( 2) years on- duty, within the continuous period of three ( 3 ) years . The individual had passed the Animal Husbandry Test held on 14-10-2014 and the Account Test for E.O. held on 10-06-2018 . Since the individual has failed to pass the tests within the probation period of 2 years or on the extended period of one year ( under Rule 17) i.e. , by 21- 11-2015, the Director of Animal Husbandry has requested to revise the date of commencement of probation under Rule 16 ( h ) of the APSSSR , 1996 .
2. Government after careful examination , hereby declare the probation of Dr. K. Swapna , Veterinary Assistant Surgeon , Veterinary Dispensary, Chinthalapadu , NTR District and fix the date of commencement of probation and the date of declaration of the probation of the Officer in the category of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon as detailed below in terms of Rule 16( h) of A.P. State & Sub- ordinate Service Rules , 1996 read with Ruling 2 under Rule 26(a) ofA.P. Fundamental Rules ; as he could not pass the Departmental tests within the prescribed probation period.

3. The excess payments towards annual grade increments sanctioned, if any, shall be recoveredfrom the individual as she is entitled for monetary benefit w.e.f. the date of declaration of probation.
