AMENDMENT TO THE SPECIAL SERVICE RULES OF ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES, 1993.

NOTIFICATION
In cxercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Fisheries Subordinate Service Rules, 1993 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 131, AH&F (Fish.I) Department, Dt. 30.06.1993 subsequently amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the said Rules,
For Rule 7, the following shall be substituted namely :
Rule 7. Minimum Service:-
Minimum Service: No person shall be eligible for appointment by promotion or recruitment by transfer unless he is an approved probationer and has put in not less than two years of service, in the category from which promotion or recruitment by transfer is made."
