1. G.O.Rt.No.930 , HM & FW ( D1 ) Deptt . , dated : 12.12.2022 .
2. From the Commissioner , APVVP received through Director , H & FW, through E - office . No.1929306 .

ORDER :
In the reference 2nd read above , the Director, H & FW has furnished a proposal to accord permission to conduct 2nd round of Walk - in - recruitment against the vacancies on regular basis with those who satisfy the eligibility criteria as per the existing rules in force & Rule of reservation and also to appoint candidates

on contract basis temporarily with those who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria i.e. , Non - local , Age restriction , not- fitting in roster points etc. , with the remuneration of Rs.2,50,000 /- in Tribal areas , Rs.2,00,000 /- per month in Rural areas and Rs . 1,30,000/- per month in Urban areas .
2. Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby accord permission to Commissioner , APVVP in principle for conducting the 2nd round walk- in - recruitment against the vacancies , pending issuing of amendments to the existing service Rules of APVVP , with the following remuneration and guidelines :
a . The candidates shall be taken on regular recruitment in the first place , those who do not satisfy the RoR and non - local shall be taken on Contract basis .
b . The remuneration shall be provided per month for recruitment on contract basis as follows:

c . Those who neither take up regular recruitment , nor contract only shall be permitted to quote for additional remuneration based on the qualification , experience & place of work . The additional remuneration shall be paid based on the performance criteria arrived at by the department .
3. The Director , Health & Family Welfare / the Commissioner , APVVP shall take necessary action in the matter and to furnish necessary amendment proposals to the Government immediately.
4. The Director , Health & Family Welfare , AP . , / the Commissioner , APVVP shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly .
