ORDER:
In the reference read above , the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur has informed that , the District Collector , Parvathipuram Manyam District has stated that the Commissioner and Registrar of Cooperative Societies has directed all the District Collectors to take necessary steps for identification and handing over of sites for construction of Multi Purpose Facility Centre ( MPFC ) Godowns in Phase - II to a minimum extent ofland required for 500 MT and 1000 MT capacity Godowns .
2. The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing has also informed that , the District Collector , Parvathipuram Manyam District has issued instructions to the Tahsildars to identity suitable Government land to an extent of0.50 cents for phase - 2 in each proposed village to be handover to the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies concerned . The Tahsildar , Palakonda has informed that there is no vacant Government land in Palakonda village and only the land of Agricultural Market Committee , Palakonda is available to an extent of Ac . 0.40 cents in Sy . No.313P and the District Collector , Parvathipuram Manyam District has requested to accord permission for utilization of the land of Agricultural Market Committee , Palakonda and transfer the same to Cooperative Department for construction of Multi Purpose Facility Centre ( MPFC ) Godown . Accordingly , the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing has requested the Government to accord necessary permission for allotment of Ac.0.40 cents of the land of Agricultural Market Committee , Palakonda to the Cooperative Department for construction of Multi Purpose Facility Centre ( MPFC) Godown in Phase- II .
3. In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , A.P , Guntur and after careful examination of the proposal , Government hereby accord permission to the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , A.P , Guntur for allotment of Ac.0.40 cents of the land of the Agricultural Market Committee , Palakonda to the Cooperative Department for construction of Multi Purpose Facility Centre ( MPFC ) Godown under AIF in Phase- II .
4. TheCommissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing , A.P, Guntur shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly .
