From the PCCF & HoFF , A.P. , Guntur , letter Ref.no.5532/ 2018 /A &DC- 3 ( ii ) , dated 15.12.2021 .
ORDER :
Inthe circumstances reported by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur in the letter read above , after careful examination of the matter , Government hereby abate further action against ( Late ) Sri S.Mahaboob Basha , FBO . , Proddatur ( WL) Division of Kurnool Circle , in the disciplinary proceedings as per the provisions contained in sub - rule 7 of Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules , 1980 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.85 , Finance & Planning ( FW.Pen - 1 ) Department , dated 12.07.1999 and further order that action be taken as per G.O.Ms.No.995 , Finance ( Pension - 1 ) Department , dated 21.12.2002 for recovery of loss , if any , caused to Government from the DCRG of deceased Charged Officer .
2. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly.
