Srinivasa Reddy , Assistant Conservator of Forests / Forest Utilization Officer , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur as compulsory wait in terms of FR 9 ( 6) b Orders - Issued .

1) Circular Memo.No.3021 /136/2017 , Finance ( HR.IV - FR ) Department , dated 22.06.2017 .
2) From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF, A.P. , Guntur , Lr.Rc.no.6026/ 2021/ Admn.2 , dated 21.10.2022 and 22.12.2022 .
ORDER : -
In the circumstances reported by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur in the letter 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby order to regularize the period from 20.07.2022 F.N. to 27.09.2022 , during which time Sri R. Srinivasa Reddy , Assistant Conservator of Forests / Forest Utilization Officer , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur was waiting for posting orders , as compulsory wait under rule 9 ( 6 ) b of Fundamental Rules .
2. The officer is entitled to the pay and allowances to which he would havedrawn had he been continued on duty , during the above period .
3. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & HoFF , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
4. This order issues in terms of instructions issued in the Circular Memo . 1st read above .
