ORDER:
In the reference 5th read above, the Director , DE & S has stated that , Sri K.Siva Sankara Rao was promoted as Joint Director vide reference 1st read above . , on reporting to duty as Executive Director in APSDMA on 29.08.2017 FN . , he was posted in APSDPS vide reference 3rd read above and working from 11.12.2019 FN . , he was posted in APSDPS vide reference 3rd read above and working from 11.12.2019 FN to till date and his salary is being paid through Treasury Dept. by way of CFMS manual and requested to treat the services rendered in APSDPS as parent dept. for declaration of probation in the cadre of Joint Director .
2. Whereas , in the reference 1st read above , APSDPS is registered as an Autonomous Society, under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act , 2001. As per (xviii) ( b ) of G.O. ( P ) No.10 , Finance and Planning ( FW.FR - II ) Department , dt: 22.01.1993, Foreign Service including service on deputation does not count for probation in the parent Department.
3. After careful examination of the matter, Govt . hereby declare the satisfactory completion of the prescribed period of probation of one ( 1 ) Year service on duty , within a continuous period of Two ( 2 ) Years in respect of Sri.K.Siva Sankara Rao in the cadre of JointDirector (Category II ) of Andhra Pradesh Economic & Statistical Service , under Rule 8 ofSpecial Rules for the A.P.Economic and Statistical Service Rules read with read with Rule- 16 ( c ) ( ii ) and Rule 18 ( a ) of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules , 1996 and in relaxation of Rule (xviii ) ( b ) of G.O. ( P) No.10 , Finance & Planning ( FW.FR.II ) Department, Dt : 22.01.1993 .
