ORDER:The Director of Employment and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, vide letter 14th read above, stated that the Government vide 1st to 13th read above, had issued Budget Release Orders and Administrative Sanction Orders for Rs.263.57 lakh to meet the expenditures of "Establishment and functioning of Model Career Centres and interlinking of Employment Exchanges" under the Scheme of "National Career Service(NCS)" from the B.E 2020-21. She has further stated that the amount as sanctioned by the Govt. has been transferred and credited in to the Green Channel PD Accounts of the District Employment Officers / Implementing Agencies. Out of the amount released to the GCPD Accounts of the District Employment Officers, an amount of Rs.185.67 lakh has been incurred and a balance of Rs.77.88 lakh is lying unspent with the GCPD Accounts of DEOs. She has requested to re-validate the unspent amount of Rs.77.88 lakhs of National Career Service (NCS) for this F.Y.2022-"23, duly issuing BRO and ASO, and transfer the funds into the SNA Account.
2. The Finance Dept. have issued Budget Release Order, vide reference 15th read above, for Rs.65,12,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five lakh Twelve Thousand only) as aditional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulations orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y. 2022-„23, towards meeting the expenditures of "Establishment and functioning of MCCs and interlinking of Employment Exchanges" under the Scheme of "National Career Service (NCS)" to SNA Account.
3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby, accord administrative sanction for Rs.65,12,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five lakh Twelve Thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulations orders, towards meeting the expenditures of "Establishment and functioning of MCCs and interlinking of Employment Exchanges" under the Scheme of "National Career Service (NCS)" to SNA Account No.013412010000411, IFSC Code UBIN 0801348 in Union Bank of India.
