ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of Horticulture , А.Р. , Guntur in his letter read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby accorded permission to the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur to issue a notification for allotment of the following identified new areas for taking up Oil Palm Development Programme and also to follow the following important pre- requisites in selection process for allotment of area.
1.Overall financial health of the Processors / Applications .
2.Longevity and scale in the relevant field .
3.Availability of high yielding planting material .
4.Sound technical evaluation of the Applicants .
